“ We wanted to try something different so we went here to have breakfast and normally am not a person who likes breakfast all that much and really never finish my food,but anyway I did this time it was absolutely good and the Waitress Tammy was really nice and welcoming. Also the coffee was free with breakfast so that was nice and the coffee was really good to. Fornot being at a gas station you would think it would be kinda nasty but it was not. I give it 10/10 for the breakfast and the prices are really good I will have to try it for lunch one day. ”

“ Place is super clean. Cooks and waitresses are super nice. You wouldn't normally think it was a place to stop at. I only say that because it at a truck stop and I am not a trucker. Some of the best places are by the way. Buger selections are awesome as was mine. Top 10 places in my opinion. Barely finished it. Takes 2 hands ”
“ I'd heard how great this place was from several people, and finally decided to stop in for lunch around 1 o'clock on a Thursday afternoon. I wanted something delicious and comforting, and they did NOT disappoint! The food was wonderful, very generous portions, friendly atmosphere and the whole place was very clean. Our server Ashley was fabulous! She was knowledgeable of menu items, offered suggestions and was the perfect amount of attentive. Never had to ask for anything more than once (and I'll admit that I'm a polite but needy customer), refills always on time, checked back often, but didn't hover. As a restaurant manager myself, I often try to poach great servers from other establishments (haha), but you could tell that Ashley enjoyed working there and she spoke highly of her current employer. That says a lot about the place also. Great job guys! I'll definitely be sending you more business, and I'll be back soon. Thanks for the great lunch! ”
“ Heard about this place a few years ago and finally decided to try it out! Off I-10 East, just on the other side of Beltway 8 (East Belt) between Houston and Baytown (Magnolia exit), this place is well worth stopping by if you like fantastic country cooking styled dishes. Not only was the quality and quantity of the food above & beyond what was expected but the cleanliness of the restaurant and service was excellent. Serving commercial truckers as well as the regular public with plenty of safe, clean parking. I believe they also own the store next to the cafe as well. Larissa was our attentive server on the latest trip, greeting us from the time we walked in like we were regular old time customers and she is the definition of southern Texas hospitality! Great daily specials & affordable pricing throughout the menu as well! Definitely will be returning again soon! ”

The children's plate of chicken tenders offered a hearty portion which provided us with leftovers for the next day. We were pleased with the prices and customer service.
